Owen's big day started with blueberry pancakes-Brett made him a 1 and he was not sure what to think of it at first, but ended up eating the whole thing!
We BBQed with our families (my parent's came over for the weekend) and some friends came over for dessert-these are Owen's friends Syd and Mya. (Owen is the one with no shirt on, a big belly and soaking wet shorts from playing in the ice bucket!)

Brett and I had way to much fun decorating this cake...he is quite the cake artist. He made the bee, the ant, the beetle and a flower-who knew he had this talent!
