Bozeman Race

While the cowboys were well taken care of by Ron and Carole (and Owen and Clara) at the field, Brett, Alice and I went to Bozeman for the might for Brett's triathlon. We stayed with Gabe and Flora, went out to dinner and enjoyed a little walk and catching up with them. They are expecting their first baby in December and just bought a house!

Cowboys vs. Crohns

Jack (Dom's brother) and Nick, (their cousin) "the cowboys" rode in to Missoula last Thursday evening. These guys are riding from MT to Bellingham, WA to raise awareness and funds for Crohns Disease. We were thrilled to host the boys, their 5 horses and 1 mule at the Felton field and camp out with them.

Waiting up for the cowboys to arrive.

A cowboy BBQ with entertainment provided by the cowboys! Nick and Jack sang and played around the fire, lulled Alice to sleep, and told some great stories too!

Owen loved being the cowboys' helper...feeding Festus

Owen and Clara made signs for each horse and or course Festus the mule.

Hood Canal 2013

Still feeling thankful for our full week of the Hood Canal with family. We loved seeing the kids experience saltwater life, and laugh like crazy with their awesome aunties and uncles. I have yet to download all the pics, but believe me, it was a great week.
