How sweet is this? This little family is making a home on our front porch, right outside our big window-great for viewing without being a threat to Mama Robin. You may notice that my plant is looking a tad thirsty...well, Mama is protective and does not appreciate me trying to water around her babies. I understand, and accept that my plant may be sacrificed. We check on Mama daily and also notice that she has a helper...Daddy Robin? Does anyone know about how these little bird families start? I'll be googling about it later!

Seattle Visit
Brett, Eric and Justin went on a bike trip to Bend, OR so the kids and I hopped a plane to Seattle to visit Maria!

Gabe & Flora
Gabe and Flora moved in this week! They are getting married AND moving to Bozeman in a week and needed somewhere to call home in between leases-we gladly welcomed them and it's so fun.

Park Record
Thursday we hit up three parks in one day...Owen also managed a 3.5 hour nap too! I absolutely love having this time with the kids and they love playing outside.
Friday morning we all went to Silvers Lagoon for some fishing. Luckily there is a playground and a skate park nearby that kept us entertained when the fish weren't biting.

Out at the Felton field last night for dinner...the kiddos collected golf balls and Owen got to spend the night at the field with Grandma and Grandpa. That means Brett and I slept in until 7:30! |
Our 3rd park on Thursday was CarasPark for Out to Dinner. Look at this boy's moves!

Marathon Weekend Fun
Last weekend started with joining in on our neighborhood garage sale at the last minute! Jenna and I teamed up to create the cheapest sale on Prospect-we sold everything for less than $5 and had some very pleased customers. The kids loved playing outside the whole time too!

4th of July
Carole and I took the kids to Dillon (to Aunt Sandy and Uncle Mel's) where we met up with Brett and Ty who were over that way for a Bachelor party. Sandy and Mel were hosting a 4th of July/surprise 60th birthday party for Sandy. Their daughter Kyla was home visiting from her teaching escapades in Venezuela and their son Chad came in from Nevada to surprise Sandy. They hosted us for two days of eating and playing outside and even a visit to the Patagonia Outlet-what fun!

Mel and Sandy recently filled in their in-ground trampoline with dirt...for the weekend, they added 4 Tonka trucks and it was the most popular place in the yard! |

Park to Pool
Owen started swimming lessons this week so our daily trend has been playing at a park before going to the pool. When you are 3 you can take real lessons (no more parent-tot) without a parent in the pool and it has been great. I was a bit skeptical when they told me that parent's are not allowed to watch the first week! Thankfully, we got Mya and O in the same class so they were just fine when we left them with the instructor the first day. They are every day for two weeks and on the way to the pool yesterday he told me, "Mom, Mya and Dante and Mie (the other two in the class) and me love to go underwater." Mission accomplished!
